Residential development

Seltor Bolig is part of the Seltor Group, which has been involved in residential construction and contracting since 1938. Seltor Bolig was established in 2011, and is a well-run and solid company with around 600 homes under development at any given time.

We develop housing in the central parts of Eastern Norway, and have offices in Oslo, Tønsberg and Porsgrunn.
