Seltor Gruppen AS has published its annual report under the Transparency Act for the reporting year 2025. The report provides a comprehensive picture of how the group works systematically with accountability, risk assessments and follow-up in its own operations and in the supply chain.
In our anniversary year, we take another important step in our work for quality, environment and safety. We are proud to announce that Seltor is now also certified according to ISO 45001 – the international standard for occupational health and safety management.
Seltor strengthens its position in Telemark and Vestfold with two new turnkey contracts. The company will expand the production facilities for Thure Trykk in Skien and build new head offices for Tveter and Lund in Larvik – projects that together encompass over 3,000 m² and a contract value of around NOK 50 million.
Seltor is building the office and logistics facility of the future for RfD at Mile Recycling Station in Mjøndalen. With a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and the reuse of materials, the 4,500 m² building will be a modern solution that combines functionality with green innovation.
Bane Nor has signed a contract with Seltor AS for the construction of a new reception base at the workshop area at Sundland in Drammen. Seltor is well underway with the construction of a new workshop and sales premises for Eiksenteret on behalf of OxFor Eiendom. The building has a total of 2050 sq m spread over 2 floors located at Borgeskogen in Vestfold. Progress is on schedule with a high focus on the environment, quality and safety. The building will be completed in good time for the grand opening in August 2025.
Seltor and CC Betong are satisfied with the quality of the concrete. The collaboration has worked well, and the project shows that it is possible to deliver concrete with significantly lower CO₂ emissions.
Wood Tube has delivered cardboard studs to Storebrand's project at Filipstad Brygge 1 in Oslo. Seltor is the turnkey contractor and this is the first project in Norway to use recycled cardboard studs.
We have been awarded Factline's Transparency Act Verification Mark. This is a confirmation that we as a company respect human rights and work to create good working conditions for ourselves and our supply chain.
Hasle Tre has been named Timber Building of the Year 2022. The office building in solid wood is the first in Norway, and consists of wood solutions throughout, from the supporting structure and insulation material to wooden nails. The building is also designed to be dismantled and reused in the future.
Seltor has signed a contract with Myren Eiendom AS and the German-Norwegian School in connection with construction phase 2, which includes renovation and new construction.
With an autumn that has been characterized by a challenging housing market, it is particularly gratifying to be able to report good sales results for Strandholmen. Construction of another sales stage is now starting.
Kristin Svånå Piene is a 4th year student in Civil and Environmental Engineering at NTNU in Trondheim. Since January 2022, she has had an internship at the unique Hasle Tre project in Oslo for Seltor.
