The project involves a major revitalization of an existing office building of approximately 21,800 m2 for Storebrand Eiendom. The work is well underway, but includes the establishment of new areas that require extensive and complex foundation work.

The project has high ambitions for the environment and sustainability, so a high degree of reuse will be emphasized. The building will be BREEAM certified and sustainability criteria for EU taxonomy, which define whether investments are sustainable and climate-friendly, have been used as a basis for planning and implementing the project.
