Seltor has signed a contract with Selvaag Bolig at Kaldnes Brygge in Tønsberg.

The project consists of four buildings with a total of 103 new apartments. The apartments range in size from 35 to 185 square meters, with good floor plans and beautiful balconies. Many of the apartments will have two bathrooms. Cladding tiles in combination with treated wood panels have been chosen to ensure that the building will last a long time and require as little maintenance as possible.

This is the final stage of construction along Beddingen at Kaldnes brygge.

The project is divided into 2 sales and construction stages and the buildings will be constructed in accordance with TEK17 regulations.
