The project at Apotekergata 10 was a renovation of the old Schibsted head office, a 9-storey building plus a couple of side wings. The project was carried out as a turnkey contract in collaboration with the target price. The entire building was leased to Spaces, a tenant that greatly influenced the requirements specification. The side wings of the building were listed by the City Antiquities Agency.
