Seltor AS delivers as agreed at Promenaden in Oslo

Seltor AS delivers within rehabilitation and revitalization. Part 1 of the tenant fit-out at Promenaden in Oslo has been delivered as agreed!

The project consists of a total interior renovation of both the building and technical trades in Kongens gate and Karl Johans gate and renovation of the facade in Karl Johans gate 16b as well as a retracted extension above the 5th floor.

Part 2 will be completed during December 23.

Delivery of Low Carbon Extreme to Bane NOR project

Low-carbon Extreme concrete for a project for Bane NOR, where Seltor is the general contractor and CC Betong is responsible for the concrete works. The project is an upgrade of a train workshop – and one with strict environmental requirements.
