The project consists of four buildings with a total of 103 new apartments. The apartments range in size from 35 to 185 square meters, with good floor plans and beautiful balconies.

Most of the apartments have two bathrooms. Cladding tiles are used in combination with treated wood panels to ensure that the buildings last for a long time and require as little maintenance as possible.

This is the final stage of construction along Beddingen at Kaldnes brygge.

The buildings are constructed in accordance with TEK17 regulations.
