The project consists of renovating the existing building stock of approx. 2,500 m2, as well as establishing a new extension of approx. 1,700 m2 in the backyard.
The construction period is estimated at 15 months and the contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract.
Probea AS has acted as client advisor and Pushak AS is the architect.
