Seltor has signed a contract with Oxer Eiendom

Seltor AS has signed a cooperation contract with Oxer Eiendom to develop Kloden Teater in Kabelgata in Oslo

The building is a former industrial premises that will be completely renovated and converted into a theater for performing arts for young people. The building has an area of over 3,350 m² where stages, dressing rooms, mingle areas and rehearsal rooms will be built.

The project will be a close collaboration with Kloden Teater, Transborder Studio and Oxer Eiendom.

Construction is scheduled to start in Q2 2024.

Storebrand Eiendom and Seltor have entered into a collaboration on the upgrade of building B at Filipstad wharf in Oslo.

Delivery of Low Carbon Extreme to Bane NOR project

Low-carbon Extreme concrete for a project for Bane NOR, where Seltor is the general contractor and CC Betong is responsible for the concrete works. The project is an upgrade of a train workshop – and one with strict environmental requirements.
