Seltor has signed a contract with Promenaden Management

The project consists of an interior renovation of both building and technical trades in Kongens gate 31 and Karl Johans gate 16 B in Oslo.

The project also includes a smaller extension at Karl Johans gate 16B.

Promenaden Management is a key player in central Oslo as an owner and landlord of office and commercial premises with exclusive shops and shopping streets. Their portfolio includes the venerable Steen & Strøm and the fashion magazine EGER on Karl Johan, and is located right in the heart of central Oslo.

The planned renovation will further enhance the area with its beautiful and listed buildings.
