Hammersborggata 12

Seltor has signed a contract for Hammersborggata 12 in Oslo.

The project is located in the St. Hanshaugen district of Oslo.

The work is managed by Aase Prosjekt and is structured as four parallel turnkey contracts; Seltor AS on construction, and three technical contracts for ventilation, piping and electricity.

The project consists of the renovation of 8 floors of offices and 2 floors of parking, technical rooms and changing rooms.

The work is ongoing with the building in full operation, where one and one floor are temporarily moved out while the work is carried out.

The project has a high degree of reuse and BREEAM In-Use requirements.
