Seltor and Höegh Eiendom have signed a contract for the construction of Hasle Tre in Oslo.

Project Hasle Tre is located in the Hasle district of Oslo.

Hasle Tre is planned as a wooden structure from the first sketch and will be built in 4 floors of solid wood with a cast basement. The facade cladding will change expression according to the seasons and parts of the facade will be covered with green plants that work in the Nordic climate. A roof garden is planned as both a biotope for cultivation and a nice place to spend time.

Hasle Tre will also be demountable, so that the materials can be reused in other projects in the future. This makes Hasle Tre a role model for circular buildings. The aim is that the building will remain a pioneering example of the circular economy of the future.

The project will achieve BREEAM NOR Excellent and the construction site will be a fossil-free construction site.

"Seltor AS is a proud supplier of the project and we look forward to getting started on a great and exciting project. We thank the client for their trust," says CEO Stian Råmunddal. Stian Råmunddal in Seltor.
