Seltor is building stage 2 at Lindeman's Falkum in Skien.

Seltor has signed a contract with Skien Boligbyggelag to build 18 homes in Lindemansparken in Skien.

There are plans for two-storey semi-detached houses, three-storey semi-detached houses and two detached houses. The homes are distributed around two courtyards.

In the area you'll find a secondary school and top sports high school, kindergarten, grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, gym and Skagerak Arena.

Lindeman's Falkum is very well located in Skien with a central location, and at the same time rural with a great connection to Lundedalen.
