Project HasleTre is a finalist for Oslo City Architecture Prize 2023

Seltor AS is the proud turnkey contractor of HasleTre, which is now one of three finalists for the 2023 Oslo City Architecture Prize.

HasleTre is demountable and was named Wooden Building of the Year in 2022.

The project is now in fierce competition with the National Museum and Hovinbekken for the 2023 Oslo City Architecture Prize, which will be awarded in mid-October.

HasleTre is a pioneering project for circular buildings, built in environmentally friendly solid wood and designed to ensure that no materials are wasted.

The building is designed so that both building components and technology can be dismantled by the next generation and reused in other projects.

This is the circular economy of the future.

There is a consistent use of natural materials such as wood and wool, as well as lots of plants.

The building itself is very beautiful and the facade consists of chipboard cladding that will change expression according to the seasons.

A beautiful roof garden has been established on the roof, where plants will be grown and which is a very nice place to spend time.
