Filipstad Brygge 1 (FB1) is a comprehensive rehabilitation project that breathes new life into one of Oslo's most attractive properties and is being carried out in close collaboration with Storebrand Eiendom. The goal is to create modern, flexible and sustainable office space with high quality and good solutions for the working life of the future.

Sustainability and environment
The project has high environmental ambitions and follows BREEAM In-Use principles. Emphasis is placed on the reuse of materials, the use of low-carbon concrete and energy-efficient solutions. Environmental monitoring takes place throughout the construction process, with the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and ensuring a green construction site.
Implementation model
FB1 is being implemented as a collaborative contract, where early involvement ensures quality, cost control and predictable progress. The project is divided into two phases: development/design and detailed execution. This model allows for optimization and close collaboration between the client, consultants and contractor.
