Since 1922, the building has been the premises of the Norwegian Booksellers' Association and the Norwegian Publishers' Association.
After the complete renovation, the building has been given modern and functional solutions, while preserving parts of its history.
Among other things, the building has a beautiful glass superstructure and a canteen on the ground floor.
