Neumann Bygg AS is one of Norway's largest building materials distributors, and Seltor's work has consisted of renovating and building at their new location in Slemmestad.

The project was a turnkey contract involving the establishment of a store, showroom and warehouse for the builders' merchant. The existing building was renovated and a new building was constructed adjacent to the existing building stock.
The project was completed in May 2024, after approximately 8 months of construction.
