The building is constructed in steel and sandwich and consists of a 700 m² warehouse section and a two-level office section of 600 m². Viabaltic Norge AS occupies part of the office space, but the project is designed to accommodate up to four additional tenants.
Exterior works included the creation of parking spaces for trucks and cars, as well as a patio and green area.
