The project involves the construction of a brand new cold storage facility for Telefrukt AS, located in Gvarv. The building will contain 16 storage cells of the ULO (Ultra Low Oxygen) type, which helps to slow down the decomposition of the apples and keep them crisp and juicy for more than six months after harvest.
