The project consists of 43 homes, 23 apartments and 20 townhouses, spread across eight buildings.

Both the townhouses and apartments are of a high standard, with modern and good solutions that provide that little extra.

The area borders Nordmarka, Frognerseteren and Holmenkollen, which means unique access to forests and fields while still being close to the city center.

The environmental project is certified according to BREEAM-NOR level "Very Good".
