Seltor AS delivers within rehabilitation and revitalization

Seltor has handed over part 1 to developer Storebrand at Filipstad Brygge. A beautiful canteen with 400 seats and parts of the outdoor areas have been delivered as agreed!

The Filipstad Brygge project includes a revitalization and rehabilitation of the existing office building and the next handover in January 2024 includes a roof terrace, auditorium, fitness room and 3 floors of tenant adaptations.

The building will be certified to a minimum of BREEAM in-Use Very Good and the EU taxonomy sustainability criteria.

Delivery of Low Carbon Extreme to Bane NOR project

Low-carbon Extreme concrete for a project for Bane NOR, where Seltor is the general contractor and CC Betong is responsible for the concrete works. The project is an upgrade of a train workshop – and one with strict environmental requirements.
