Seltor AS has signed a contract with Viabaltic Norge AS in connection with the construction of a warehouse/logistics building at Hanekleiva in Sande outside Drammen.

The building is constructed in steel and sandwich and consists of a 700 m² warehouse section and a 600 m² office section on two levels.

Viabaltic Norge AS will occupy part of the office space, but the project allows for up to four additional tenants.

Exterior works include the creation of parking spaces for trucks and cars, a patio and a green area.
