Seltor enters into a major rehabilitation contract in central Oslo

Canica Eiendom AS enters into a turnkey contract with Seltor for Grensen 17/19
Canica Eiendom AS has entered into an agreement with Seltor for the rehabilitation and conversion of Grensen 17 and 19 in central Oslo. The two historic buildings will be combined into a modern and exclusive office complex with high architectural quality and strong environmental ambitions.
The work includes complex ground and foundation works, joining the buildings and establishing new upper floors and roofs. The buildings total approximately 13,000m2 and their heritage qualities are being safeguarded in close collaboration with the Norwegian Antiquities Authority. The project will be BREEAM-NOR certified and implemented as a turnkey contract.
