Storebrand Eiendom and Seltor have entered into a collaboration on the upgrade of building B at Filipstad wharf in Oslo.

Storebrand Eiendom has signed a contract with Seltor for the rehabilitation of building B at Filipstad wharf in Oslo.

The project is a continuation of a development project that began in 2021, which includes upgrading and modernizing Storebrand's portfolio of office buildings in Filipstad.

The contract is a joint venture of just under 300 MNOK excl. VAT where Storebrand Eiendom, Rambøll, Grape Architects and Seltor work very closely and transparently to optimize quality and cost levels. The area is approximately 13,000m2 where the environment, recycling and circular economy are maintained at a high level throughout all phases of the project. The construction period is 18 months and preparatory work is already well underway.

– Seltor is strategically aiming to become the leading contractor in the rehabilitation of commercial property in central Oslo and we are therefore very humbled and grateful that Storebrand Eiendom has once again shown us confidence by awarding us this contract, says Svend-Harald Maalen, CEO of Seltor, in a press release.
