Tordenskiolds gate 12 Oslo

Seltor AS and Entra ASA have signed a contract for a comprehensive rehabilitation of Tordenskiolds gate 12 in Oslo.

An agreement has been signed with one tenant - the law firm Schjødt, and this tenant will lease the entire building except for the retail and commercial areas on level 1 of the building.

Tordenskiolds gate 12 was built in 1935-37 for Oslo Trygdekasse and the building is centrally located in the center of Oslo with a view of Rådhusplassen. The building is surrounded by the streets Rådhusplassen, Rosenkrantz gate, Otto Sverdrups gate and Tordenskiolds gate, and the building has facades facing all four streets.

The building is approximately 13,000 m2 BRA, spread over 8 floors, plus a basement floor and a technical floor on the roof.

The interior of the building will be completely renovated and adapted to the tenant's use and wishes. There is a clear environmental strategy in the project, including upgrading the U-value, focusing on CO2 accounting and the building will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM NOR In-Use. The building also contains listed elements that will be preserved and rehabilitated.

- Seltor AS is proud to be chosen as the turnkey contractor for this project and we look forward to getting started on a great and exciting project.

We thank Entra for their trust," says Stian Råmunddal, CEO of Seltor.
