Tveten Ungdomsskole in Porsgrunn has been delivered as agreed

Tveten Folk High School is a pioneering building in terms of the environment and climate, with high and clear environmental ambitions.

The project consisted of extensive demolition of the existing school and the establishment of a new secondary school of 4-500m2. A new access and road were built, and outdoor areas and landscaping were established. The school is classified as BREEAM Excellent and meets the passive house standard. The school is designed as a zero-emission building (ZEB-OM).

Solid wood is used as a load-bearing structure in the exterior walls and roofs.
