We welcome Roger Nygård as the new CEO of Seltor.

On September 1, Roger took over the role from Svend-Harald Maalen, who is retiring after several years as a key contributor to Seltor's development.

Roger has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently as CEO of Paradigme. He has previously held key roles in companies such as AF, Peab, Consto and NCC.

Roger is educated with a journeyman's certificate in carpentry and a civil engineer in construction from NTNU/NTH.
– Roger has the industry experience and expertise we have been looking for, and we are confident that he is the right person to lead Seltor forward, says CEO Stian Råmunddal.

At the same time, we would like to extend a big thank you to Svend-Harald for the effort and commitment he has made to Seltor in recent years.
In the anniversary year of 2026, we mark 90 years as a family-owned contractor and property developer. With Roger Nygård as the new CEO, the company is well-positioned to build on a strong history and meet future opportunities in the industry.
