Brække Melbye Holding AS is the developer of the new car facility, and the tenant is Sulland Drammen AS. The car facility consists of sales premises, workshop, parts warehouse, office and staff areas. The contract value is NOK 88 million before VAT, and the construction period is set at twelve months with immediate start-up.

The building will be 6,000 square meters in size, with a car dealership on the ground floor and warehouses on the first floor.
