The project is located in Voksenkollen/Holmenkollen in Oslo and consists of 43 homes, 23 apartments and 20 townhouses, spread over eight buildings. Both the townhouses and apartments will be of a high standard, with modern and good solutions that provide that little extra. The area where the project is located borders Nordmarka, Frognerseteren and Holmenkollen, which means unique access to forests and fields and at the same time proximity to the city center.
PI arkitekter AS says that Vitigrend is conceived as a residential area where the boundary between leisure and everyday life is almost blurred.
