Seltor and BRG have signed a cooperation agreement with Kragerø Resort Eiendom
The project is a joint development of apartments and a hotel for Fredensborg Fritid via Kragerø Resort Eiendom 2 AS, and is being carried out in a joint venture between Seltor and BRG. There are plans for 135 new apartments and 80 new hotel rooms, which will be completed in stages.
