Seltor and BRG have signed a cooperation agreement with Kragerø Resort Eiendom

The project is a joint development of apartments and a hotel for Fredensborg Fritid via Kragerø Resort Eiendom 2 AS

The project is a joint development of apartments and a hotel for Fredensborg Fritid via Kragerø Resort Eiendom 2 AS, and is being carried out in a joint venture between Seltor and BRG.

A total of 135 new apartments and 80 new hotel rooms are planned, to be completed in stages.

The apartments will have views of the Kragerø archipelago, great sunlight and high quality materials.

Fredensborg Fritid hopes to start sales in spring 2023 and start construction in 2024.
