Seltor has delivered a modern commercial building for the Eiksenteret at Borgeskogtoppen in Stokke. The project combines a shop, workshop and office in a functional solution with a focus on quality, energy efficiency and universal design.

Project overview
Eiksenteret Stokke is located at Borgeskogtoppen 2, with easy access to the E18 and good logistics conditions. The building is adapted to Eiksenteret's needs for a shop, workshop and administration, and includes technical rooms, meeting rooms, kitchen/dining room and mezzanine solutions.
Technical solutions and sustainability
The project has been designed and implemented in line with TEK17, with energy-efficient solutions that ensure low energy consumption and energy label B. The energy report documents measures for heat recovery, insulation and optimized energy supply.
Universal design and accessibility
The building is equipped with a lifting platform (Cibes A5000) to ensure universal accessibility between floors.
Progress and handover
The project was carried out with high precision and good coordination of subcontractors. Handover took place in July 2025, with only minor finishing work until August.
