Seltor has built for Selvaag Bolig at Kaldnes Brygge in Tønsberg
Seltor As is the turnkey contractor for the construction of Sjøparken at Kaldnes Brygge. The project consists of four buildings with a total of 103 new apartments. The apartments range in size from 35 to 185 square meters, with good floor plans and beautiful balconies. Many of the apartments will have two bathrooms. Cladding tiles in combination with treated wood panels have been chosen to ensure that the building will last a long time and require as little maintenance as possible.
