Seltor AS has rehabilitated Hammersborg gate in the St. Hanshaugen district of Oslo.
Seltor AS has had the turnkey contract for building technology, as one of four parallel turnkey contracts, divided into construction, ventilation, piping and electricity.
The project has consisted of the renovation of 8 floors of offices and 2 floors of parking, technical rooms and changing rooms.
