The project consisted of a new Rema1000 store with rental premises. This space is rented out to Bryns blomster. In parallel, another contractor has set up the greenhouse owned by Bryns blomster. This was built next to the rental premises during the construction period. Seltor has also been the responsible applicant and established a new walkway up to the residential area behind the new store.
In total, the project consists of 1100 BRA of retail space, 231 BRA of flower shop, 89 m of walkway and complete outdoor work.
