Seltor builds for Statnett in Skien

Seltor has signed a contract with Statnett in connection with the construction of a new storage building in Skien.

Statnett has decided to expand the storage capacity at the port warehouse in Skien.

The project involves the construction of a new warehouse building with a floor area of approx. 2,000 m² directly adjacent to the existing warehouse building of approx. 1,900 m².

The existing warehouse will be upgraded in terms of fire class, heating system and technical systems, and will be integrated with the new warehouse.

The warehouse will be constructed in accordance with TEK17.

The contract sum is NOK 40 million including VAT

Storebrand Eiendom and Seltor have entered into a collaboration on the upgrade of building B at Filipstad wharf in Oslo.

Delivery of Low Carbon Extreme to Bane NOR project

Low-carbon Extreme concrete for a project for Bane NOR, where Seltor is the general contractor and CC Betong is responsible for the concrete works. The project is an upgrade of a train workshop – and one with strict environmental requirements.
