The hotel has eight floors, an area of 6,300 square meters and 134 rooms. On the 8th floor of the building there are fitness facilities and a large, distinctive suite with its own roof terrace.
The commercial building is over 2600 sqm. It has four full floors, as well as a technical room and canteen with a patio on the fifth floor.
Underneath the two buildings is a shared underground parking garage with approximately 100 parking spaces.
