Thure Trykk is focusing on growth and modernization with an expansion of its production facilities at Rødmyr. The new 1,700 m² building has been developed in close collaboration with Seltor and provides space for future printing solutions.

Thure Trykk AS is expanding its production facility at Rødmyr in Skien with a new building of approximately 1,700 m² , connected to existing premises. The project has been designed and developed by Seltor AS in collaboration with the client , and is being implemented as a turnkey contract.
Project content and technical solutions:
New production building with modern solutions for efficient operations.
Foundations on blasted rock fill with a height of up to 6 meters.
The floor is made of steel fiber reinforced concrete slab.
Water and wastewater engineering includes stormwater management, water and wastewater solutions, as well as fire water supply with two fire hydrants.
Outdoor work with concrete or stacked stone retaining walls, as well as adaptation of driveway ramps and parking areas.
Collaboration and implementation: The project is a typical collaborative project where Seltor has been responsible for both the design and the contractor role. This ensures optimal progress, quality and cost control.
