In addition to the renovation of the existing building, Seltor, as turnkey contractor, has constructed a two-storey extension of approximately 110 square meters, as well as a two-storey pavilion of 778 square meters that is connected to the old building via a footbridge. The pavilion is built in accordance with TEK17 on the roof of the existing parking garage.
The new project has a capacity of approximately 300 workplaces and is already fully let. The largest tenant is Bergans of Norway, which is moving its head office from Hokksund to Asker with around 100 employees. Other tenants are Kontorhuset, which specializes in offering flexible office space based on the "Plug and Work" concept, and Finnish-owned KiiltoClean - the company behind the now well-known disinfectant Antibac.
In addition to offices, the areas consist of a shared canteen, changing rooms, fitness rooms and outdoor living areas.
There are 59 parking spaces and bicycle parking.
