Sandakerveien 24D will be rezoned from office to teaching. The conversion will be carried out in 2 construction stages. Den Tysk-Norske Skoen started construction phase 1 in December 2021. Kindergarten and primary school grades 1 to 4 moved in.

Building stage 2 comprises renovation and new construction, which will include a primary school for grades 5 to 7, a secondary school and an upper secondary school. In addition to classrooms, stage 2 also includes special rooms for physics, chemistry and music. The new building will also include a small kitchen and canteen.

Stage 2 consists of 3,250 m2 of renovation and 1,350 m2 of new construction (GFA). The rehab section is on two levels and a basement floor under parts of the building.

The new building is on two levels with a technical room on the roof. In total, the kindergarten and school will be able to accommodate around 500 children and young people.

Seltor was also the turnkey contractor for construction phase 1, which was completed in 2021.
