Stortingsgata 10 – Total rehabilitation and new construction in the heart of Oslo
Stortingsgata 10 is a total rehabilitation of an office building from 1961 with a new backyard extension. The project delivers approx. 4,000 m² of modern workplaces, new technical facilities and a roof terrace – in the middle of Oslo. Seltor AS is the general contractor, with Pushak AS as the architect.

Scope and main points
The project combines a full upgrade of the existing building stock (approx. 2,500 m² ) with a new backyard extension of approximately 1,500–1,670 m² . The most important measures include demolition of the older backyard structure, new foundations in the basement with limited ceiling height, a comprehensive technical upgrade and the establishment of modern workplaces with high material and environmental ambitions.

The building is located a stone's throw from the Stortinget and Karl Johans gate , with a facade and view towards Spikersuppa .
