Seltor has signed a contract with Bertel O. Steen Eiendom AS
Seltor AS will completely renovate and expand the office, canteen, shop and sales area. This part of the building is approx. 2,500 m². A new facade will also be built on the workshop section. The building is a former industrial premises that will be completely renovated and converted into a theater for performing arts for young people. The building has an area of over 3,350 m² where stages, dressing rooms, mingle areas and rehearsal rooms will be built. Seltor has signed a contract with Lager For Alle AS
The project concerns the construction of warehouse sections in a turnkey contract. A total of 5 separate building units totaling 10,000 m² with a total of 124 warehouse sections will be built. Construction is scheduled to start in August 2023 and will be handed over in Q2 2024.

Seltor builds for Statnett in Skien
Statnett has decided to expand the storage capacity at Havnelageret in Skien.
