Tveten Ungdomsskole in Porsgrunn has been delivered as agreed
The project consisted of extensive demolition of the existing school and the establishment of a new secondary school of 4-500m2. A new access and road were built, and outdoor areas and landscaping were established. The school is classified as BREEAM Excellent and meets the passive house standard. The school is designed as a zero-emission building (ZEB-OM). Seltor and BRG have signed a cooperation agreement with Kragerø Resort Eiendom
The project is a joint development of apartments and a hotel for Fredensborg Fritid via Kragerø Resort Eiendom 2 AS, and is being carried out in a joint venture between Seltor and BRG.
