The building is a former industrial premises that will be completely renovated and converted into a theater for performing arts for young people. The project concerns the construction of warehouse sections in a turnkey contract. A total of 5 separate building units totaling 10,000 m² with a total of 124 warehouse sections will be built. Construction is scheduled to start in August 2023 and will be handed over in Q2 2024.
